Potatoes au gratin and Tri Tip Steak with Red Wine sauce

Another easy recipe to cook with someone Flat Iron Steak with Red Wine Sauce and potatoes au gratin .... I'll eventually put up my own recipes that aren't from food network haha. I also made so sauteed brocolli with garlic.


Brocolli:
4 crowns of broccoli
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
5 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)

Cut broccoli into pieces, boil for about 10 minutes and drain.
Drizzle 1 Tbsp of olive oil into a wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
Toss broccoli in and drizzle 1Tbsp olive oil and done!
