4 crowns of broccoli
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
5 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
Cut broccoli into pieces, boil for about 10 minutes and drain.
Drizzle 1 Tbsp of olive oil into a wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
Toss broccoli in and drizzle 1Tbsp olive oil and done!
